Two
CKB's current Terms & Conditions page publishes Wix's unedited instructional template rather than any actual terms. We have not written replacement terms, because the substance of them is a set of commercial decisions only CKB can make, and inventing a client's contractual terms would be worse than leaving the page empty.
What follows is the structure a consultancy of this type normally needs. Each marked field is a decision for CKB, and the finished text should be reviewed by a Guyanese attorney before it is published.
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal identifying the standard, the scope of the management system, the deliverables and the parties' respective responsibilities. Services are advisory. CKB does not issue certification; certification is granted by an accredited certification body following its own audit, and no outcome of that audit is guaranteed.
The client provides timely access to premises, records, processes and personnel reasonably required, and appoints a named point of contact responsible for the management system.
Fees are quoted per engagement. Payment terms: CKB to set — deposit percentage, invoicing schedule, days to pay.
Both parties treat commercial, technical and personal information disclosed during an engagement as confidential, and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives completion.
Ownership of documentation, templates and training materials produced during an engagement: CKB to set — whether the client owns the management system documentation outright, and what licence CKB retains over its own templates.
CKB to set with an attorney — liability cap, exclusions, and insurance position.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. CKB to confirm dispute-resolution route.
Three
CKB's current Refund Policy page also publishes Wix's unedited template. A refund policy is a pricing decision, so the numbers below are deliberately left blank rather than guessed.
Work completed and delivered up to the point of cancellation is chargeable. Treatment of any deposit and of scheduled site visits cancelled at short notice: CKB to set.
Write to ckenterprise2024@gmail.com quoting the invoice or booking reference. Requests are acknowledged within CKB to set working days.
Four
CKB Enterprise wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.
Articles on the Insights page open on ckbgroupguyana.net, which is a Wix site outside this build's control, so its accessibility is not covered by this statement.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, write to ckenterprise2024@gmail.com or message +592 684 1061 on WhatsApp, and say which page and what happened. We will respond and fix it.
